Refund policy

We ask for as much notice as possible so we can do our best to accommodate everyone.

• 48+ hours’ notice — full refund or free rebooking

• 24–48 hours’ notice — 50% refund or credit toward a future booking

• Less than 24 hours’ notice — unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund, as the slot can’t be filled at short notice

Cancellations by Us

On the rare occasion we need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook — whichever you prefer.

No-Shows

If we arrive and can’t access the property or reach you, the session will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.
